Guidance Session at Study Abroad Fair

The Multicultural Campus Project was introduced at the Spring Study Abroad Fair, which students from various courses and year levels attended. In the session, we discussed the following: What is multicultural co-learning? What kind of programs are available at the University of Tsukuba? What is a digital badge that allows students who participate in activities to visualize their learning achievements? We gave an overview of the projects to be developed by the Social Impact Promotion Office and introduced videos of actual activities. Through the Open Badge System, students who participate in more Multicultural Co-Learning Activities can earn additional digital badges, which help track their learning accomplishments and support future career and scholarship opportunities.We’ll also introduce the project again during next week’s April 21 (4/21) session, held during the lunch break at Students Commons (1A203).
