Bilateral Joint Workshop and Symposium in Agricultural Sciences in Indonesia

The Master Program in Agro-Bioresources Science and Technology, Degree Programs in Life and Earth Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, will jointly host a six-day workshop, field study, and co-symposium with the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Padjadjaran, along with three days of preliminary study and a one-day Problem Based Learning accompanied with result presentation. This program addresses challenges related to climate change–induced global warming and agricultural environmental shifts accompanying economic development in tropical regions. Through preliminary research and problem-based learning conducted with local undergraduate students and agricultural vocational high school students, participants will identify and develop solutions to these issues. The proposed solutions and findings will be compiled and presented at the final result presentation.
