Reading a Whale

Concept of Lite Plan

Multicultural Co-learning Lite Plan

・The Multicultural Co-learning Lite Plan primarily targets students taking their first steps toward overseas training. By offering an introductory-level multicultural collaborative learning program, it aims to broaden students’ horizons, foster a shift in mindset, and provide strong momentum for future overseas endeavors, such as study abroad.

・To ensure accessibility for students with no prior experience traveling abroad, the program is designed to be short-term and focuses on identifying and understanding issues. Through careful follow-up after participation, the program encourages students to pursue further multicultural co-learning or study abroad opportunities, thereby advancing the development of “global startup talent”—a key objective of the university’s social impact initiatives.

Reading a Whale: From a Whale to a Healthier Ocean

Focusing on the issue of whales washing up on Taiwan’s shores, you will deepen your understanding of local challenges facing the marine ecosystem while learning alongside local students through a “Multicultural Collaborative Learning Lite” program. All you need is the drive to try something new, curiosity, and the willingness to take that first step. It is an excellent opportunity to take your first step toward studying abroad and to broaden your global perspective.
