The 1st Multicultural Co-Learning Salon

より良い多文化共修企画と実践、学内での事例共有や教職員の情報交換を目的とし、12月19日に第1回目を開催しました。令和7年度に多文化共修やRUN-UP活動をを実施した教職員、これから実施する教職員、まだ企画したことはないが今後企画してみたい教職員、共修や活動に伴う事務手続き等を担当した職員が集い、活動内容や課題、工夫、困りごと、アイデアなどを少人数のグループで共有し、ざっくばらんに意見交換をしました。
参加者は5つのグループに分かれ、自由に議論しました。学生への周知の工夫、奨学金、JV-Campusでのコンテンツカードやオープンバッジ等が話題に挙がり、共有しました。千葉 学生担当副学長より未来デザイン棟の紹介もありました。参加者のからは「1時間では時間が足りない！」という声も。今後継続的にサロンを開催し、多文化共修についての情報交換の場を提供していきます。
※次回は２０２６年１月に、多文化共修活動支援申請書の書き方に関する疑問等を中心にしたサロンを開催予定です。詳細が決まり次第お知らせします。
With the aim of improving the planning and practice of multicultural co-learning and promoting the sharing of on-campus examples and information exchange among faculty and staff, the first Multicultural Co-Learning Salon was held on December 19.
Faculty and staff members who implemented multicultural co-learning or RUN-UP activities in FY2025, those planning to do so, those interested in developing such initiatives in the future, as well as administrative staff responsible for related procedures gathered for the event. Participants shared their activities, challenges, practical ideas, concerns, and insights in small groups, engaging in open and informal discussions.
Participants were divided into five groups and engaged in free and open discussions. Topics included effective ways of promoting activities to students, scholarships, content cards and open badges on JV-Campus, among others, which were actively shared across groups. Dr Chiba, Vice President for Student Affairs, introduced the Future Society Design Complex during the session.
Some participants commented that “one hour was not enough,” reflecting the high level of engagement. The salon will continue to be held on a regular basis as a forum for ongoing information exchange on multicultural co-learning.
