本国際教育シンポジウムは、教員研修留学生プログラムの一環として、世界各国で教員として活躍する修了生とともに、教育の諸課題について議論する機会として開催しているものです。2025年度の国際教育シンポジウムは、「Teacher Professionalism and Well-Being: Learning from Global Teaching Experiences（教員の専門性とウェルビーイング ― グローバルな教育実践から学ぶ）」をテーマに、教員の専門性とウェルビーイングの在り方について考える場として実施いたします。OECD「Learning Compass 2030」が示すように、現代の教育においては、学習者と教員の双方のウェルビーイングとエージェンシーが重要視されています。本シンポジウムでは、ブラジルおよびインドネシアの現役教員による実践報告と、参加者同士のディスカッションを通じて、国際的な視点から教育の未来を共に考えていきます。あわせて、ソーシャルインパクト事業に関する説明も行う予定です。

【2025 International Education Symposium】
This International Education Symposium is held as part of the Teacher Training and Exchange Program, providing an opportunity to discuss various educational challenges with graduates who are active as teachers around the world. The 2025 International Education Symposium will be held under the theme “Teacher Professionalism and Well-Being: Learning from Global Educational Practices,” serving as a forum to consider the nature of teacher professionalism and well-being. As indicated by the OECD’s “Learning Compass 2030,” the well-being and agency of both learners and teachers are increasingly emphasized in modern education. Through practice reports from active teachers in Brazil and Indonesia, and discussions among participants, this symposium will explore the future of education from an international perspective. An explanation of our Social Impact Initiatives will also be provided.
