Strengthening Global Ties: Online Meeting with IIT Guwahati / University of the Philippines Los Baños

多文化共修活動の充実のために、ソーシャルインパクト推進室ではコーディネーターを中心に、海外パートナー校とのオンライン打ち合わせに参加しています。今日は国立インド工科大学（ＩＩＴ）グワハティ校（Campus in Campus協定校）と、フィリピン大学（協定校）との打ち合わせを行いました。インド工科大学グワハティ校とは9月に実施予定の日本での活動について、本学の受け入れ教員と、同窓会および対外関係担当学部長、農業・農村技術学部准教授と具体的な打ち合わせを行いました。フィリピン大学からはロスバニョス校の学長と教養学部学部長らと共に、本学東南アジア・台湾地域責任者を交えて今後の多文化共修の協働の可能性について、意見交換を行いました。
To enhance multicultural collaborative learning activities, the Office for Social Impact Promotion has been participating in online meetings with overseas partner institutions. Today, meetings were held with the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati, Campus in Campus partner university) and the University of the Philippines (partner university).
With IIT Guwahati, we discussed the activities scheduled to take place in Japan this September, in a meeting that included the hosting faculty member at our university, the Dean for Alumni and External Relations, and an Associate Professor from the School of Agro and Rural Technology.
From the University of the Philippines, the Chancellor of the Los Baños campus and the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences joined the meeting. Together with our university’s regional coordinator for Southeast Asia and Taiwan, we exchanged ideas on future possibilities for collaboration in multicultural learning.
